Need to make three points:

To properly treat high blood pressure:

- Provide index on blood pressure below 140/90 mmHg despite not seeing any symptoms.

- Application of the regime of non-drug treatment: salt diet, not eating more fat, quit smoking, no alcohol consumption, exercise, play sports regularly.

- Do not stop taking or voluntary long-term self-treatment with a prescription; to appointments on time.

People at high risk of myocardial infarction :

- The families of people with ischemic cardiomyopathy.

- Cigarette smoking more.

- Lipid metabolic disorders.

- Having a high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity.

- Less physical activity.

- Living in an environment vulnerable to stress.

Besides hypertension, myocardial ischemia is also a very dangerous disease . This situation occurs when the coronary arteries (which carry blood to the task of raising the heart) with atherosclerotic stenosis and occlusion. If severe, the patient will fall into the condition worsens, it was a heart attack.

Most recognizable signs of ischemia of the heart is angina with the following characteristics:

- Usually occurs after exertion, heavy work, strong emotion, the party hearty after intercourse or when the weather is too cold. Angina occurs at rest is a sign warning of dangerous conditions, patients should be monitored and treated aggressively to prevent heart attacks.
